Language and Culture Assistants in Spain

The Center for Spanish Studies at the UW is pleased to announce the opening of 2012 year program for Language and Culture Assistants in Spain.

This program is aimed at students in their third or fourth year or graduate students who want to improve their Spanish language skills while helping in classes of English in Spain.

Candidates must be US or Canadian citizens and have an intermediate command of Spanish.

They will help the English section of Spanish schools in their lessons, not only as models of language but also as conveyors of culture and way of life. In exchange, the participants will hopefully improve their Spanish and get to know the way of life in Spain and travel a bit around the country.

To learn more about this program, refer those interested to where all the information and the application procedure can be found.
